WE DID A SLIVER STANDARD PERFORMANCE !!!GOOD JOB ! ~ Lets also congratulate Hougang Regent Pierce and FTP for their awards !!!!!!! SYF IS OVER ALREADY ?!?!?@#$%^&*()*&^%$#@ so fast. 10 mintues on stage only ! omg. it's alright if you miss a note or two. everybody makes mistake. dont dwell on it ok ! DO BETTER NEXT TIME !!(speech day) SLIVER-WITH HONG KONG. Whooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. START SAVING MONEY NOW ! :D (shopping purposes) MR LIM IS A HAPPY MAN (LOL) WE WILL SOAR TO GREATER HEIGHTS. JIAYOUS ! FOR NOW. CONCENTRATE ON STUDIES esp GRADS. in another few more days. seniors (4/5) will step down :( miss us ok ! :D ok. bye. You did well today. keep it up. Tomorrow is the start of SYF which happens once every 2 years. the day after tomorrow will be our turn to perform on stage in front of people from all over the world. I hope all of you will give your best shot. the best of the best. over all this months we have been practising. ALWAYS REMAIN RELAXXXX. Believe in yourself. motivate ! JIAYOUS SHUQUN BAND.

Today marks the end of our band practise before syf.
are you excited or regretting for not having more time to prac?
i hope all of our make FULL use of the time we have left.
but dont overwork.
Stay healthy and in good condition till sfy ends.
shuqun band needs you.
Treat every rehersals as an actual performance.
must be serious !
DONT DRINK CAFFINE OR COKE ON THE DAY ITSELF.
IT WILL MAKE YOU SHIVER (by horn tutor)
AVOID SWEET DRINKS TOO !!!!.
take these advises.
AND ALSO. start doing what mr chan did to us on Friday.
PREPARE YOURSELF MENTALLY !!!
DONT GO UP ON STAGE AND FREAK OUT.
PERCUSSION MUST BE SWIFT IN MOVEMENT ON THE DAY OK !.
ALL EYE MUST BE ON JIAWEI FOR THE CUE TO STAND.
WE ONLY HAVE 10 MINUTES IN THE TUNING ROOM.
SL PLEASE SO YOUR JOBS ON INTONATION TUNING ETC ETC.

You should be practising
"YOU HAVE TO PUT IN EFFORT IN WHAT YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE."I understand all of you are very "band stress" now. and it's very difficult to cope with both band and studies. but think, after SYF everything will "lighten". PLUS you get to go JAPAN/HONGKONG/AUSTRALIA ( if we get sliver or above ) isn't that good ? DO YOU THINK OTHER SCHOOL'S BAND GET THIS ADVANTAGE? (not talking about Gold bands here) So why not, SUFFER NOW AND ENJOY LATER ? rather than RELAX NOW AND GET NOTHING LATER ??? your choice. it really take one person to deprove the band because... THE BAND IS AS STRONG AS ITS WEAKEST PLAYER. !!!! bear that in mind. ( you better ) I HOPE ALL MEMBER WILL MOTIVATE ONE AND OTHER ~ Many of you want to go overseas right ? ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS. work hard and all OUR effort will be paid off.you guys better remember what Mr Lim taught us,it's not an option now. it's a must.WE MUST WE CAN WE WILL ( achieve !! )dont dissappoint anybody, esp Conductors Teachers and Majors AND ALL THE MEMBERS WHO WORK VERY HARD ALTHOUGH THEY ARE ALWAYS BUSY WITH SCHOOL AND OTHER STUFFS. you ought to know how you sounded on monday, if you still can have fun and relax. you should do some reflection. can find Mindy for your recording ( although it's a little blurry) and hear how WE sounded. hope you can learn everything taught in camp. apply it into your playing and REMEMBER IT FOREVER. SYF IS ONLY 13 DAYS AWAY, we CANT afford to slack anymore.

Hey shuqunband mates! Please remember to bring along your band uniforms(includes blazer, white shirt, black pants & bowtie) on wed. Put it in bandroom, Mr Ong has to take your measurements soon... And check if there are sufficient uniforms for all of your! SO, please RMB to return the uniform by wed(18/3) !Have a good rest tonight, drink lots of h2o everyday & rmb to practice for at least 1hr tomo too... see you all on wed morning 7am! don't be late =] takecares all!
